Villa White Pearl is a stunning property located on the southern side of Paros Island, approximately 2 km from Aliki Village. Its privileged location offers the perfect combination of privacy, natural beauty, and convenience.

The property consists of two independent houses, making it an excellent choice for two families or a group of friends travelling together. Guests can relax by the spacious swimming pool, take in the breathtaking views, and enjoy a peaceful setting away from the crowds.
Paros Airport is approximately 5 km away, while the island’s main port can be reached in around 20 minutes by car.
Please note: Access to the villa includes a 600-metre country road branching off from the main paved road.
Villa White Pearl consists of two separate yet adjoining houses, offering extra comfort, space, and privacy for families travelling together or larger groups of friends.
Each house features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Some of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor and are furnished with spacious double beds. Several bedrooms also feature private terraces, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and the sea.
The living room in each house is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a coffee table. A few steps lead up to the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, which includes a dining area with a table, creating a welcoming space for preparing and enjoying meals together.
All bathrooms are equipped with showers.

The outdoor spaces of Villa White Pearl are designed to offer comfort, relaxation and views. The villa features a refreshing swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, providing the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Each of the two houses has its own outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy your meals while admiring the panoramic views. Parking spaces are also available on both sides of the villa for your convenience.
Guests can also make use of the outdoor BBQ, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together.
Built on a cliffside, Villa White Pearl offers a unique setting where nature and local tradition come together. The surrounding landscape features traditional pezoules – stone terraces created through an ancient technique of farming and cultivating land on steep slopes. Once availability is confirmed and you agree to the booking terms, we proceed with the payment process, according to each property policy.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before check-in. An additional Climate Resilience Tax of €15 per night applies and is payable upon check-in.
Guests may be charged up to €800 after check-out for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
Children are welcome.

The minimum age for check-in is 20 years.

Known for its charming waterfront, traditional Greek tavernas, restaurants, and cafés, Aliki is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing meal or an evening stroll. You will also find a supermarket and other local amenities for your everyday needs. If you wish to explore further, the village of Drios, on the eastern side of the island, is approximately a 15-minute drive away.
The area also offers easy access to some of Paros's beautiful beaches. Nearby options include Voutakos Beach, Bei Beach, and Aliki Beach, while the picturesque Lolantonis Beach is also within easy driving distance.
