Villa Kamares is situated between Naoussa village and Kolymbithres beach. The area is called Kamares and that is from where its name was inspired. The famous Naoussa village is 5 minute drive from Villa Kamares in Paros. On the other side, Kolymbithres beach is less than 1 km away. Therefore, you can reach it even of foot. Of course, little bit further there is Paros Park with Monsatiri beach. Villa Kamares features probably one of the most beautiful and spacious gardens in Paros. The total area of the property covers an impressive 1600 square meters. Its comfort will exceed your expectations, as it consists of 2 parts; Part A and Part B.
Villa Kamares consists thoughtfully of 2 parts. This offers the unique and convenient possibility to have family and guests staying together and at the same time it allows independence.
The 2 parts of the property can also function as two separate villas without compromising privacy. This option is available upon request, with exception in July and August.
Both parts of Villa Kamares have a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting room and sun terraces. The complex also features stunning private pool with shaded area. If you have your own private boat, it can be anchored in Naoussa Bay which is just 500 meters away.
A daily (6h) house cleaning service together with regular garden/pool maintenance ensures that Villa Kamares is kept in pristine condition.
Part A+ studio: sleeps 4-5
You will find here master twin bedroom, fully equipped open plan kitchen with dining area, large shower room, living-room with fireplace and double sofa. The studio (children or guest accommodation) features two twin beds, one sofa bed, shower room, kitchenette and it is inside connected with the A part, but it also have an independent entrance.
Part B (b1+b2): sleeps 8
b2 – large master twin bedroom, large shower room, second bedroom with two single beds + its own shower bath room, large sitting-room with two sofas, fireplace, open plan fully equipped kitchen with dining area.
b1 – (children or guest accommodation) 2 bedrooms- one with kitchenette facility. Each one of these bedrooms has two single beds, large shower room.
In its outdoor area Villa Kamares features shaded and private parking for several cars. However the uniqueness of the property can be seen when you walk in its garden. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a large variety of flowers and olive trees. The pool of the villa has a length of 12 meters. It is surrounded by sunbeds and it features sea and Naoussa view and there is a shaded area with furniture as well.
Villa Kamares features also shaded sun terraces, where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner with unforgettable view of Naoussa and of the sea.
