The villa can accommodate up to six guests in its 135 square meters area and features three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, a queen-size double bed, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Guests can unwind by the private swimming pool while enjoying beautiful views of the sea and Naoussa Bay.
The villa also offers convenient access to Parikia, where the island’s main port is located, just a 12-minute drive away.
Villa Gustosa is thoughtfully designed on a single level, offering comfort and convenience throughout. The interior features three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, air conditioning and a ceiling fan, and all three benefit from en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms also features a walk-in wardrobe, while the other two offer built-in wardrobes with interior lighting.
The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable living room, creating a welcoming space for guests to relax and enjoy their stay.

Once availability is confirmed and you agree to the booking terms, we proceed with the payment process, according to each property policy.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before check-in. An additional Climate Resilience Tax of €15 per night applies and is payable upon check-in.
Guests may be charged up to €300 after check-out for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
Children are welcome.

Stroll along the picturesque harbour, admire the Venetian fortress and explore the village's charming whitewashed alleys.
The renowned Kolymbithres Beach is also just a short drive away. Famous for its impressive rock formations, the beach boasts a unique, almost lunar landscape. If you wish to explore further, you can continue to Monastiri Beach and the beautiful Paros Park. Santa Maria Beach is also easily accessible from the villa, making it an excellent starting point for discovering some of the island's most beautiful coastal spots.
