Perched in an elevated location overlooking the Aegean Sea, the villa features a private infinity pool, spacious outdoor areas and stunning panoramic views stretching across Parikia Bay and the surrounding islands. Just a short drive from Parikia, Villa Bay View offers the perfect balance between peaceful seclusion and convenient access to the island’s beaches, restaurants and cultural attractions. It covers 200 square meters. The villa’s contemporary Cycladic design blends natural materials, elegant interiors and expansive outdoor spaces, creating a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. Surrounded by the natural beauty and rich history of Paros, including the nearby ancient sanctuary of Apollo at Dilion, Mirabilia invites guests to experience the island at a slower pace. The villa is arranged across three levels, with the main residence spanning two floors and an independent studio occupying the uppermost level, offering both privacy and flexibility for guests.
The main (middle) living level features a spacious lounge with panoramic sea views, opening onto a large terrace with an outdoor dining area. A fully equipped kitchen connects seamlessly to the indoor dining space, while a bathroom and utility room provide additional convenience.
On the lower level, there are three bedrooms with direct access to the pool terrace. The accommodation includes one bedroom with a queen-size bed and two bedrooms with twin beds that can be configured as king-size beds upon request. This level is served by two bathrooms.
The independent studio on the top level offers a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private terrace with comfortable lounge seating. Positioned to maximize the villa’s elevated setting, it enjoys uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea and provides a secluded retreat within the property.
Outdoors, Villa Bay View offers a variety of thoughtfully designed spaces for relaxation and entertaining. Guests can gather around the spacious outdoor dining area, complete with a fully equipped BBQ and traditional wood-fired oven, or unwind in the multiple lounge areas and sun-soaked terraces surrounding the private pool. Once availability is confirmed and you agree to the booking terms, we proceed with the payment process, according to each property policy.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before check-in. An additional Climate Resilience Tax of €15 per night applies and is payable upon check-in.
Guests may be charged up to €300 after check-out for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

Villa Bay View is located in Krotiri, a peaceful area on the opposite side of the bay from Parikia, the capital of Paros. The island’s main port, visible from the villa, is just 3 km away.Krotiri Beach and Livadia Beach are both just a few minutes away, making it easy to enjoy some of the island’s beautiful coastline. The nearest grocery store is approximately 2.5 km away, just a 5-minute drive by car.The villa’s location offers stunning views of Parikia and its bay, as well as breathtaking sunsets over the nearby western islands. For those wishing to explore more of Paros, the famous village of Naoussa is also easily accessible, just a 15-minute drive away. Kolymbithers Beach is also 15 minutes away.
