Villa Anna-Marie 1 is situated near Parikia, the capital of Paros, at Taxiarchaki area. The location of Anna-Marie 1 is truly amazing because it is built on a hill. Therefore, it features panoramic view of the sea, of Parikia and its bay and of the nearby islands. The highlight of your stay will be the stunning sunset view. You will enjoy it from the impressive pool area or your veranda. Anna-Marie 1 features 3 bedrooms; two bedrooms with 2 single beds which can be joined to one double and one bedroom with 1 double bed. Therefore, it can accommodate 6 people and extra 2 on sofa beds. The house covers 140 square meters. To reach Anna-Marie 1 you will need your own mean of transport. By car, Parikia with its restaurants and bars is less than 10 minutes away. Villa features free private parking. Guests must be above 24 years old to check-in. Children above 3 years old are considered as adults in this property.
Villa Anna-Marie 1 consists of two levels. On the ground level, which is actually “lifted” and it also features impressive view, you will find fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the upper level there is another bedroom, a bathroom and a large terrace with even more impressive view.
Kitchen of Anna-Marie 1 is spacious and it features everything necessary to cook dinner for a family or a group of friends. You will find here an oven, microwave, fridge, cooking pans etc. You can enjoy your breakfast and dinner in the dining area or outside with breath-taking sea view.
The living room features comfortable sofas and large TV with satellite channels and Netflix. There is also charming, traditional Cycladic fireplace.
The highlight of the outdoor area is of course the large pool. This is where you will probably spend most of the time during your stay. Around the pool you will find sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as grass where your children can play. Villa Anna-Marie 1 also features pool toys for children.
You can take the advantage of BBQ facility and enjoy your meal in the outdoor dining area with sea view.
On the back side of the building you will find an interesting garden. It features palm trees, olive trees and flowers. This is also where the parking is.
