Villa Carmen is spread across three levels, offering spacious accommodation, privacy, and a unique blend of traditional architecture and modern comforts.
The ground level, which is also the pool level, features three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a master bedroom with a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms feature a queen-size bed and a double bed, respectively, and share a separate bathroom. On this level, you will also find an independent 50 sq.m. guest house with its own private entrance. It features a comfortable living area with a sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom, making it ideal for guests who appreciate additional privacy.
The first level serves as the villa’s main living space, where you can gather with family and friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, comfortable built-in sofas with a coffee table and a TV. This level also opens onto a spacious veranda with an outdoor dining table and spectacular views, providing the perfect setting for leisurely breakfasts, alfresco dinners and relaxing moments throughout the day. A private entrance adds further convenience.
The upper level features a second master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and a double bed, offering a private and peaceful retreat.

Once availability is confirmed and you agree to the booking terms, we proceed with the payment process, according to each property policy.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before check-in. An additional Climate Resilience Tax of €15 per night applies and is payable upon check-in.
Guests may be required to pay a security deposit, which will be refunded after check-out, provided no damage is found during the villa inspection.
Children are welcome.
