Villa Parian Seafront is situated at the south coast of Paros Island, right in front of the Aegean Sea. This area is considered to be one of the finest locations for a villa rental, due to its tranquility. Its interior covers 140 square meters and it can accommodate up to 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms. The location of the villa is quite stunning. It’s quiet and you will be able to hear the sounds of the waves while relaxing by the pool. About 250 meters away, you will find Faragas Beach, one of the most popular on Paros Island. Aliki Village, famous for its seafood restaurants, is only 2 kilometers away. The sea view, the pool and the Cycladic garden and tranquility are the four aspects that you will remember from your stay in Villa Parian Seafront. You will truly enjoy the aesthetic of this villa and its approach to the combination of modern with a traditional touch.
The interior of Villa Parian Seafront consists of a large living area, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The living room features a comfortable sofa with coffee table, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dining table, a fireplace, a TV and air-conditioning. At the two ends of the living area, you will find two bedrooms. Each one of these bedrooms features a queen size double bed, en suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the main outdoor area.
The remaining two bedrooms are similar and feature two double beds each, which of course can be converted into one double bed. Additionally each one of the above two bedrooms has a private balcony with a sea view. We would like to point out that every bedroom is equipped with a TV and air-conditioning.
The outdoor area of the villa can be considered as an asset. You will have the opportunity to relax or enjoy your meals next to the pool, with the infinite view of the Aegean Sea. Of course, there are other two outdoor areas with dining tables, chairs and built-in sofas. Additionally, there is a BBQ area that can be used, which features a barbeque, a stone oven, a unique marble table and built-in sofa.
An interesting feature are the speakers connected to the main sound system of the villa. Therefore, you can listen to relaxing music while lying on the sunbed and enjoying the sea view.
Another aspect that you will enjoy in Villa Parian Sunset is the garden, which reflects the island’s flora.

Once availability is confirmed and you agree to the booking terms, we proceed with the payment process, according to each property policy.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before check-in. An additional Climate Resilience Tax of €15 per night applies and is payable upon check-in.

The charming village of Aliki, with its traditional seaside taverns, restaurants and cafés, is just a few minutes away. There, you will also find a supermarket for your everyday needs. Heading east, you can reach the village of Dryos in approximately 15 minutes.
The surrounding area is also home to several beautiful beaches, including Voutakos, Bei Beach, Aliki Beach and, a little further away, the lovely Lolantonis Beach.
