THE VILLA:

The interior of Villa Melissa consists of two levels; of the ground level and of the first level.

On the ground level, you will find a living room with a dining area, an open plan and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. The living room, equipped with air conditioning just like each area of Villa Melissa, features a traditional fireplace, dining area and a sitting area. Additionally, there is a TV. From here, you will have direct access to the pool area. The kitchen, built 3 stairs above the level of the living room, is fully equipped and you will love it.

The first bedroom of the ground level features a double bed, air conditioning, direct access to the pool area and a shared bathroom with shower. The second bedroom consists of two single beds, which can be modified to one double, air conditioning and a shared bathroom. The third bedroom is located on the first level, from where the view is even more interesting, and it features a double bed, a walk-in closet, a spa bath and air conditioning. 

OUTDOORS:

The outdoor environment of Villa Melissa is simple, elegant and the view speaks for itself. Besides the pool you will find here a dining table protected from the sun and a few sunbeds. Due to the location of the villa, on its back side, there is a small forest. This is the aspect that adds even more uniqueness to your stay. Additionally, there is a parking space for your cars.
