THE VILLA:

Villa Calypso consists of 3 levels. On the ground level, there are two entrances. The first entrance is directly from the parking and the second one is from the front side of the villa. At this level, on the outdoors you will find a dining area as well as a hot tub for 6 people and a pergola. Inside, there is an open plan space with a ding area, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting area. The sitting area is equipped with TV, HiFi and all modern comforts. A hall leads to a bathroom with bathtub, as well as to a bedroom with queen size double bed. This bedroom features a closet and direct access to a patio. There is another bedroom on this level with a queen size bed and a third small bedroom with no windows.

The first level or the middle level can be accessed by the internal stairs or from the lower floor courtyard. There is a large veranda on this level with an outdoor dining area. Inside, there is another dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a large window which features an endless view. Additionally, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.  

The second level or the last level features a master bedroom with queen size bed. There is an en-suite bathroom and additional “room” which is used as a closet. The highlight of this level is its veranda from which there is an access only from the bedroom. The view from here cannot be described.

OUTDOOR AREA:

The outdoor area features an amazing pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. Here you can enjoy sunbathing and swimming during the day or sunset. There is also a multi-level garden, outdoor dining area, private parking and built-in BBQ. Also on the outdoors, Villa Calypso features a hot tub for 6 people.
